Vajrai Waterfall are tall, multi-tiered waterfalls are located in the Sahyadri hills about 27 kms from Satara. Vajrai waterfalls, originating from Urmodi River, are one of the tallest waterfalls in India, and are a popular tourist destination in Maharashtra. It is best visited after the rainy season, but is perennial in nature. Visit the nearby Kas flower valley and enjoy the lush greenery and intoxicating fragrance of flowers. Visitors also enjoy boating at Tapola. Sajjangadh, which has the Sajjangadh fort (samadhi of Saint Ramdas) is another nearby attraction.
