Rishi Kund , Rishikesh
About Rishi Kund
Rishi Kund is easy to accessible from the Triveni Ghat. Kund means Pond. This Kund is closely associated with the Rishi (Sage) named “Kubz”. It is believed that Goddess Yamuna blessed the Rishi by filling up the Pond with plenty of water. The Image of Ragunath Shrine, which is dedicated to Lord Ram and Goddess Sita, is wholly reflected in this pond.
