About Wai
Only a short distance, 8km, from Panchgani lies the picturesque village of Wai. There are many mandirs, ghats and temples here. All in the setting of a small village on the banks of rivers and waterfalls. The main temples in the area are Kaunteshwar, Chakreshwar, Kaleshwar and Chimneshwar in Brahmanshahi ghat, Rameshwar temple, Chilavali Devi temple and Ramkund in Ramdoh ghat and Mahalaxmi temple in Dharmapur.
