About Alice Garg National Seashell Museum
An unusual find in a landlocked desert state, Alice Garg National Seashell Museum houses over 3000 varieties of sea shells collected from all over the world. Most of these have been donated by Alice Garg and her physicist husband out of their private collection. The collection is classified as common, uncommon and rare. The museum has many rare and uncommon sea shells, some gigantic while some microscopic. Posters, charts, films, videos and a library make this the perfect place for anyone who wants to learn about sea shells.
