About Osho Ashram, Pune
Osho Ashram or renamed as Osho International Meditation Resort is more like a Hi-tech “Spiritual health Club” or “Meditation resort” in Pune. It was established by India's most controversial spiritual leaders Bhagawan Rajneesh, or Osho. Located in green suburbs of Pune, this spiritual community has basketball court, meditation hall, five acres of Zen garden, massage and beauty parlor, bookshops, coffee shops etc. These enormous facilities attract many visitors from all around globe. We can also see there is a Samadhi inside the community where the ashes of Guruji are kept after he expired in 1990. Various kinds of meditations sessions and techniques such as jumping, screaming and Tantra workshops are conducted at the ashram.
To get entry, you need to go and register earlier morning and pay the charges; otherwise visitors are allowed to only up to the ashram garden.
