About Srimushnam
Srimushnam is about 24 miles west of Chidambaram and is sacred to Hindus and Buddhists. There are several festivals held in the town, around the time of Tamil New Year. ChitraiUtsavam is celebrated in April and May. MasiMaham is celebrated during the full moon of April and March.
