Khuntaghat is a dam, which is 12 kms by road from Ratanpur. The Khuntaghat dam is built on the Kharoon river and used for the irrigating the area. Khuntaghat is a beautiful lake constructed by the British in 1926. The dam is encircled by forest and hills. Each year a fair is organized on Ganesh Chaturthi in the months of Bhadra.
