About Nandini Wildlife Sanctuary
Nandini Wildlife Sanctuary is spread over an area of 34 Sq. Km and is famous for its rare species of Pheasants. A must visit place for all wild life enthusiasts as one can sight leopards, wild boars and some rare species of fauna. It is about 28 KMs from Jammu and is named after the village Nandini. September to March is a good time to visit the Nandini Wildlife Sanctuary.
Accommodation inside the park is available in a two-bedroom log hut and there is dormitory with capacity for 10 people.
