About Kodaikanal Lake
Kodaikanal Lake, also known as Kodai Lake is the best among the man-made Lake. It is located in the center of the town. This lake was built by Sir Vere Henry Levinge, who was the Madurai collector then. Lake is in star like shape. It is completely surrounded by lush green slopes. There are boathouse and boat club adjoining the Lake.
