About Dhar
Dhar is situated on the western end of the Malwa region in Madhya Pradesh. The city was built Raja Bhoja, who was also the founder of cities like Bhopal, Bhojpur and Mandu. He used the city as a Stopover on a visit to Mandu. The city is offers a breath taking view to the travelers as it is quaintly located amidst beautiful lakes and trees. Nestled by barren hills, the city houses a number of monuments of cultural and historical importance.
