About Reis Magos Fort
Reis Magos Fort, named after the three wise men from the Bible, is located in Bardez, Goa and was constructed first in 1551. Subsequently the fort underwent several phases of renovation. The current structure is well restored and also houses a museum that showcases the artwork of Mario Miranda. The fort is a beautiful example of Goan Portuguese architecture and culture. Reis Magos Church located in the vicinity is also popular with tourists and devotees.
