About Badulla
Badulla one of the oldest towns in Sri Lanka is famous for tea production and export. This town was previously occupied by the Portuguese and later by the British. Some of the noteworthy places to visit in this hilly town are the Namunukula range of mountains, Muthiyangana Temple, Clock Tower, Dunhinda Falls, Bogoda Ancient Wooden Bridge, St Mark’s Church. It is also the place where the railway track from Colombo terminate here.
